We are holding our next IVI Foundation Meeting at the
Radisson Hotel and Conference Center Longmont-Boulder from Monday, Oct.
19 through Wednesday, Oct. 21 hosted by Bode Enterprises, LLC.
You fly into Denver International
Airport (DEN), and there is shuttle service to the hotel.

Making reservations by

Individual reservations can be made
by calling the Hotel directly by (303) 776-2000 or
(800) 843-8240 and individuals must refer to "IVI Foundation" when making
the reservation in order to receive the special group rate of $95/night.
All reservations will need to be made by 5:00
p.m.
Mountain Standard Time on the cut-off date (Sept. 18th). All
requests, including room type, smoking preference etc. will be
accommodated upon availability. For all individual reservations, the
Hotel requires a guarantee for late arrival (6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard
Time or later) with either a major credit card or deposit of the first
night’s room and tax charge. If guests need to cancel their reservation,
the Hotel must receive a phone call before 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on the date of arrival in
order to avoid a no-show fee of one night’s room and tax charge.
Reservation Cut-off
Date
Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Longmont-Boulder shall
hold the block of sleeping rooms noted above until Sept. 18, 2009.
Reservations received after this cut-off date will be confirmed
on a space-available basis and will not be guaranteed the group
guestroom rate. Upon the cut-off date, all remaining rooms in the
guestroom block will be released back to the Hotel for general sale.

time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.
